Full-Service Bookkeeping

Your books are updated every month. Transactions are categorized, accounts are reconciled, and financial statements are prepared. You always know exactly where your business stands.

What This Is

Monthly bookkeeping is the systematic process of recording and verifying your business’s financial activity. Every transaction that moves through your accounts gets categorized, reconciled against bank statements, and organized into reports that actually tell you something useful.

A lot of business owners try to handle this themselves. They categorize transactions when they find time, maybe once a quarter or when their accountant starts asking for files. The problem is that backlogs build fast, and untangling months of uncategorized transactions takes far longer than keeping up with it weekly ever would.

Transaction Management

We categorize every transaction, manage bank feeds, and reconcile your checking and credit card accounts against official statements. Nothing gets missed and nothing gets miscategorized.

Monthly Close

At the end of each month, we close the books and deliver your Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement. You see exactly where your business stands while the information is still relevant.

Why It Matters

Your bank balance is not your financial health. That number tells you nothing about outstanding bills, upcoming payroll, sales tax you’ve collected but haven’t remitted, or invoices you’ve sent but haven’t collected. It’s a snapshot of cash, not a picture of performance.

Small businesses fail at an alarming rate. The pattern is almost always the same. They don’t know where their money is going until it’s too late. They confuse activity with profitability. By the time they see the real numbers, their options have narrowed significantly.

Your Time Has Value

Every hour you spend sorting through receipts is an hour you’re not spending with patients, clients, or customers. Bookkeeping is necessary work, but it’s not the work that grows your business. That’s why it makes sense to hand it off.

Decisions Need Data

You can’t manage what you don’t measure. Without accurate monthly financials, you’re guessing at margins, guessing at overhead, and hoping the business is profitable. Good decisions require good information.

What Changes

You stop operating on intuition and start managing with facts. You know your actual margins, your real overhead costs, and your true cash position at any given moment. The uncertainty goes away.

Tax season stops being a scramble. Because the books are maintained every month, there’s no frantic cleanup in March or April. We hand off a finalized, reconciled file to your tax preparer and they can get straight to work on your return.

Spot Problems Early

If costs are creeping up or revenue is declining in a specific area, you see it in the monthly reports. You can adjust course before a small concern becomes a serious problem.

Lower Accounting Fees

CPAs bill for their time. If they have to sort through a year of messy transactions before they can file your return, you pay for that work. Clean, organized books mean they focus on the return itself, not the cleanup.
