Meet Aleaha Khan
Aleaha is the owner of Noor Bookkeeping. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Wayne State University and has spent over a decade working in finance. That includes banking, mortgage lending, and healthcare revenue cycle management.
Before launching this firm, Aleaha built a medical billing company that serves practices across the country. That work gave her a front-row seat to the financial struggles small businesses face. Every day she would talk with business owners about their operations, their cash flow, and their plans for growth.
What she kept seeing was a pattern. Medical practices closing within a few years of opening. Not because the doctors weren't skilled at their work, but because no one was watching the books. The same thing happens in every industry. Owners get so focused on day-to-day operations that the bookkeeping slides until small problems turn into emergencies.
